Post Purchase PRO Refund Policy - Updated November 2020
Our services and policy is only available to the original purchaser.
 
If 3 days have gone by "since your purchase" (not since you began use), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for your purchase.

Also, we cannot cancel any order after the intake form has been received.

To be eligible for a full return, you must cancel your account and notify our support desk at cs@postpurchasepro.com of your intent within the 3 day look period.

Additional non-refundable items:
Single send emails once created and launched
Downloadable software products
Certain one off client upsells like business broker introductions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
If intake form is received however your signed agreement has not been returned yet. Please inquire by sending email to cs@postpurchasepro.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let us know by requesting support via email to cs@postpurchasepro.com

You will be responsible for paying for any time and/or services rendered as long as any digital assets are created on your behalf.

It is our intention to always over deliver, but sometimes we do fall short of your expectations. Please let us know if this is the case and wait an appropriate time before alerting your card issuing bank or filing a chargeback.
